But it isn't only USA Arab community who should be alarmed.

Many fear the rally could incite violence against Arabs. "Based on freedom of speech, people have the right to say what they want to say. There has to be a line between saying what you want to say and preaching the genocide of a population," Meen said.

I'd just insult the a-hole back or walk away. I may not be the best Christian, but nobody can tell me I'm not Christian. Most people would knock the offender flat on his butt.

At the height of the bombing in Northern Ireland, I never saw Catholics/Irishmen holding global or local marches to condemn the IRA.
Besides, it could be staged by CAIR and they all are practicing Taqqiya, while the non-terrs have jobs and families to attend to and have neither the time nor inclination to wave around placards that simply restate their beliefs.
