I've got two lesbian friends that vote republican. They do it because they support the war on terror, one is ex military, and they are otherwise libertarian and don't like high taxes. They aren't a monolythic group, these 'gays'.

My beliefs get challenged every day of my life. That is life and I certainly don't get militant. However, when the very small minority FORCE the obviously vast majority to bend to their beliefs....there is a problem.

I have found that the most vitriolic attacks come from effeminate gay
men. I personally think most of those DU posts in which the DUmmies rejoiced over the Fox News reporters' capture or Rush Limbaugh's mother dying, etc. are made by hissy leftist gay men.
Maybe the combination of extreme narcissism and self-loathing creates a volitile mixture inside them that has to explode on occasion?
