Where's the quality control? 11 total overheating Apple G4 batteries divided by 1,800,000 batteries equals 0.0006% of the production... not bad. Only God could get a better quality control...

Sony batteries are also at fault in the recent Dell recall. In Apples they get hot enough to burn you, but in Dells they get hot enough to burn up your truck.

That's 11 men who will never father children. Add that to the women who have suffered the scalding coffee burns of McDonalds coffee...and pretty soon anchor babies are taking over our country.
This is a real problem that can't be ignored.

I bought my first iMac used off eBay. When it came, the HD had been wiped clean and there were no software disks or documentation. This seemed rather suspicious to me, so i called Apple to make sure it hadn't been stolen. They checked with the original purchaser, and after determining it hadn't been stolen they said, "Oh, this computer still has six months left on the warranty." They transferred the balance of the warranty to me, and sent me a complete set of disks, including OSX, restore disks, and Appleworks, along with documentation at no charge.
Course, they've made a fortune off me since then, but this was shortly after I spent weeks arguing with Microsoft because one of their download patches locked up my system, and they wouldn't even discuss it with me because I had an OEM version of Windows, so the treatment by Apple put me in shock.

(The most important thing is sincerity. Once you can fake that, everything else is easy.)
