Alcohol, stupidity, it doesn't matter. If you're given a warning, leave, then come back and sit in your car like you're planning something, guess what? Its pretty likely you went and got some artillery and are going to do something about the warning you received.

It happened to be wrong in this case, but only terminally stupid idiots would come back to a place that had fired warning shots at them. They deserve whatever they caught, and are lucky not to be dead. In Texas, no jury would convict this guy.
