Putin is not a Col. in the KGB anymore, he is the premier of the "Ex" USSR..
The Putin Pushers keep asserting I am still stuck in the Cold War, thus, oy vay does this mean 'ex-Col' Putin, boss of the current neo-USSR could have me shipped off to Siberia? :)
