Look at the poor little peace dove. Why are the evil Israelis and the dastardly hezb'allahs making life so dangerous for the poor little abstract Peace Dove?

Why are the mean-sprited Israelis and the angry hezb'allas destroying that wonderful UN Cease Fire?

Don't they know that the caring and enlightened UN has designed the wonderful UN Cease Fire so that the "Peace Dove" would be safe?

Kofi Annan would surely thank the artist of this toon for framing the issue in this manner.
