I talk to people who grow our food and build our shelters on a daily basis.........the people Dane is seeking to be protected from the ambulance chasers are the ones putting the good guys out of work.

I hate ambulance chasers as much as the next FReeper, but by gosh, when the law is being broken, the law needs to be brought down on them.......and if the law won't do it, then let the suits begin.

Ambulance chasers do do econmic harm in many cases - there is no denying that. However, when people are getting ahead through unethical and illegal means it is time for somethig to be done........now is the time.

I can think of a number of people who grow our food and build our shelters that should have the law sicced on them in my area, but it's not happening, but because of their illegal and unethical practices those being hurt can't afford to do anything about it.

I don't know about you, but I'm willing to pay more for my food and building supplies if it means my friends and neighbors have jobs and can put food on their family tables.

Unemployment is under 5%, jobs are going begging out there and people are not starving in the streets(America actually has an obesity problem).

Basically what it comes down to is a perception of ethnic animus. Pat Buchanan's ancestors suffered the same tactics(Irish need not apply) and now Pat uses the same tactics that his ancestors suffered under. I call that hypocrisy.

Yes there is a problem of assimilation which has to be addressed and that problem comes from both the left and the right. The left with trying to keep them in perpetual victim status and on the right(such as Pat buchanan and Co.) who with the constant badgering and animus shove these people into the bosom of the left, and trying to punish business owners who make good goods and services will only make the matters worse.

Nah, don't sue the criminals that hire illegals - jail them. Then seize their assets under existing asset forfeiture laws. Put the ex-contractor in a cell with "Bubba", who will proceed to welcome him to prison life. Put the families of the ex-contractor in the street with the clothes on their backs and nothing else.

End illegal immigration - in fact, end all immigration - now. Use whatever means are required.
