My goodness what do you eat for the rest of the day?
For breakfast a half a banana and a soft boiled egg on (dry) toast, and tea.
For lunch, a cup of cottage cheese and five saltine crackers........then the hot dogs and veggies for supper with a half banana and ice cream for dessert. (This is day two).
Yesterday I had a piece of toast with two tablespoons of peanut butter on it and a half grapefruit for breakfast (and tea), and for lunch a piece of toast with a half cup tuna on it, and for supper, 3 ounces of chicken, a cup of fresh beans and a cup of beets, with a cup of ice cream for dessert and a small apple.
Tomorrow, I have one ounce of cheddar cheese and five saltines and an apple for breakfast, and for lunch a hard boiled egg and a piece of toast, and for supper a cup of tuna and a cup of green beans and a cup of carrots, with a half cup of ice cream and a half a cantalopue for dessert.
Other than the skimpy lunch on days 2 and 3, you feel really full most of the time...........oh, and you drink 8 full glasses of water too.
It's weird, but it works.
