"You are right. By not flying, the terrorists have notched another "win" on their belts. They have so many wins now, the battle is over and we should all go buy prayer rugs and order halal for dinner."

Parlez-vous francais, monsieur?

" China is an exception but I think they just manage to keep problems quiet."

China is not without their Islamic terror problems, see here.

I believe the Hindu religion predates islam by some 3 to 4 thousand years but the islamderthals never get around to mentioning the part of the story where they had to take over someone elses home.

I'm not so much interested in which travel experts are saying this, I want to know what evidence this author has on this statement:

The Islamic Jihadists have established extensive networks in Europe to cause trouble for India bound passenger jets.

That evidence would be interesting to see...

Good point. If the Indian gov't is serious about fighting terrorism, then they should unleash the Sikhs and the Gurkhas on the Muslims. Totally, END OF STORY!

Gurkhas are Nepalese. They do serve in dedicated regiments in the Indian and, more famously, British armies though.

Muslims are attacking India because of the "disputed" province of Kashmir (? spelling)

India giving them Pakistan (which was originally part of India) wasn't enough, I guess.

"Not good PR when the papers are telling a Billion people to avoid flying to Europe because of Terrorist concerns."

As long as London isn't affected, I could care less. Europstan got what it deserved.

There was no link given, from a commenter on Jihad Watch:

"A U.S. passenger named Alpa, who did not wish to use her last name, told AP television reporters she had seen police handcuff and remove around 11 men of south Asian appeareance from the plane before other passengers. She said she didn't see what happened but heard from other passengers the men had aroused suspicion by getting out their mobile phones. Dutch NOS news reported that 12 passengers had been detained, but airport police could not immediately confirm that."

"Katherine Terneulen, airport spokesperson, said passengers are allowed to carry their cellphone onboard but cannot use them during the flight."

It would seem there is a concerted effort by some muslims to disrupt flights by acting-out in mid-air, then feigning innocence and crying discrimination when passengers and flight crews react to their behavior. What fun.

The article you referenced says "...a team of 100 investigators were still trying to find out why the devices failed to explode. 'We still have many unanswered questions,' he said."

Now I am no a law enforcement professional, but shouldn't the Germans investigate who the perps were and arrest them rather than concentrate on why the bombs didn't go off? No wonder we aren't getting any help from the Euroweenies in the GWOT.

You noticed that too? Interesting take on history from their point of view... how is it they never glean to pick up history or just think... much less question.

The headline reflects 1492 and Columbus trying to find a western route to the east to avoid Islamofarts.

Thank you for this observation. I had never put it in this perspective. There had to be a really compelling reason to load up a bunch of ships and head off " the edge of the world". The Silk Roads were long and dusty, but would have been economical if the passage was safe.
