DC Metroland weather report ~ Today ~ Partly sunny. Highs in the upper 80s. North winds around 5 mph...becoming southeast this afternoon. ~ Tonight Partly cloudy in the evening...then clearing. Lows in the mid 60s. South winds around 5 mph...becoming west after midnight.(bad news - no rain in sight all week)

I realize that some of us of the pajama patrol, who sit in front of the computer a long time, are really getting weak and lazy. So, I've hired a fitness instructor to get us back in shape.

"Drinking battery acid and eating fireworks!! What did you do with them ?" 

"Oh that was easy, I charged one and let the other off."

Well, first off today is election day here in Oklahoma. This is the runoff election. All you Oklahoma freepers and lurkers be sure to get out and vote.

We did get a little bit of thunder last night. My storm alarm did go off one time around 8 PM.

Some places got some benificial rains. We didn't get too much here at our location.
