An excellent idea. I suggest we also have a Useful Idiot category for the Darwin awards. We can nominate people who have gotten themselves killed following the ideal that all people are good if we are just willing to talk to them.

Can you name one? If this list were of more extensive use, I would start a list today. Of Freepers, most of them here only a month or two --- at best.
Ignorance enables useful idiots.
Knowledge, even elementary stuff, can see right through the "religion of peace"...

The traitor, Pinch Sulzberger, publisher of the New York Times.
In 1968, he famously declared that in a confrontation between an American and a North Vietnamese soldier he'd want to see the American get shot. His own father, "Punch," who was then the Times' publisher, considered his son's words treasonous.

The moderate mainstream of Islam has been outright genocidal from inception. Their own historians record that Ali, the first imam of the Shiite and the son-in-law of Muhammad, with the help of another man, beheaded 700 Jewish men in the presence of the Prophet himself. The Prophet of Allah and his disciples took the murdered mens women and children in slavery. Muslims have been, and continue to be, the most vicious and shameless practitioners of slavery. The slave trade, even today, is a thriving business in some Islamic lands where wealthy, perverted sheiks purchase children of the poor from traffickers for their sadistic gratification. I deduct the President was fully aware of this tid bit of information, when declaring the Islam a Religion of Piece[s], and only the radical factions of it are the one who declared war on the Western infidels and to the civilized world for that matter!

I will do further study on this meritous award. Meanwhile the fourth paragraph down caught my attention.
He finds perverse gratification in aiding the forces that aim to dismantle an existing order.....
I find it curious that all the forces of existing order, flawed as they may be, are used by the useful idiot. A nasty thug may eye him up and follow him- "police, police" he will squeak. He is cheated by some smooth artist- "get the law". I will sue him, cries he.
In fact, he thinks that he and his ilk, could smash the structure of society. Yet he thinks, his coffee latte and his fine meals, his local spotless super market would still be on tap. He figures the very electricity he uses appears by Aladdins lamp or something.
He lives in a vacuum.

Much of the respect Islam generates is the cheap type of respect any coward gives to a miserable bully who has proven himself volatile and dangerous. The "if we kiss his a$$, maybe he won't bother us" type of thinking.
BTW, Lenin called the western jerks that supported him "useful idiots." According to a KGB defector's book, the Kremlin's spy agency referred to them as "sh!t eaters." Very appropriate.

How about Federal Judge Taylor who ruled that the surveillance program over terrorist phone calls into the US are unconstitutional? That idiot should be removed from the bench along with most of the federal judiciary that was appointed by that nitwit Jimmie Carter.
