MURTHA: Wolf, you read the "Time" magazine articles. There are pictures, there are photos. You don't have to talk to the military about the proof.

In January, after Time presented military officials in Baghdad with the Iraqis' accounts of the Marines' actions, the U.S. opened its own investigation, .....

The military announced last week that the matter has been handed over to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (ncis), which will conduct a criminal investigation

Because the incident is officially under investigation, members of the Marine unit that was in Haditha on Nov. 19 are not allowed to speak with reporters.

Murtha doesn't need proof, he only needs "Time" magazine to slander Marines that put their lives on the line to defend our freedoms and our judicial system which by the way is the finest in the world.

The slandering and his presumption of guilt of our Marines by the despicable Congressman Murtha is unforgivable.
