It's not about percentages - you sound about as dopie as Weasely Clark.

It is rather the intent and infliction of death. One bomb can inflict more damage on innocents than a thousand bombs. And these were real innocents many of whose family members fought alongside the Allies in WWII...not like the hezzie families putting up their jihadis.

Only fools would believe that the Yemeni and SA govts. are willingly going along with the coalition. They are in it for survival and money...and make no bones about letting their surplus qat addicted cheap males go anywhere to blow themselves up.

You seem to be a permanent resident of the sultan's harem. Get real.

We were on the wrong side in that conflict.

The US administration of Clinton, Albright, et.al. supported the Islamic militants in the former Yugoslavia instead of Orthodox Christians. This is yet another example of the liberal appeasement theory that those who wish us evil should be understood, instead of dealt with.

So you're changing your accusation from "indiscriminate" to "targeted".

Noted.

I'd ask you to say what you mean the first time around, but let's face it, you don't know what you're saying at all.

"So you're changing your accusation from "indiscriminate" to "targeted"."

**** thar you go again...the one sided thinking. It was both in some cases indiscriminate and there were targets that were targeted and shouldn't have. When the targets that are non-military are targeted you dunce...it's called indiscriminate. Don't even try to mince words, you don't have the sofia-ication....:)) lolol...

No, that would be called a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions (Protocol I, Art 85, Sect 3) and thus a war crime, but like the rest of the drones who unwittingly follow the IAC's line on the matter, the necessary conclusion, that American servicemen are guilty of perpetrating war crimes, escapes you.

So step up to the plate, Tom. Earn your dinars - are you accusing American servicemen of perpetrating war crimes or not?

The NATO bombing of Yugoslavia was carried out in contravention of articles of war prohibiting destruction of civilian infrastructure.

Guilty of war crimes is none other than Weaseley Clark, the real Mr Danger. He and his political double klinton - have a lot to answer for...just like the Nazis.

Shills for the sultan's harem can think about this every time they go to sleep...that the truth is known and will win out. Nighty night...

How many bombs did they release over target? How many individual missions did they plan or review before said missions went out and contravened the "articles of war" you reference?

Without the guys at the end of the spear (the pilots and planners) perpetrating the supposed crime, how can there be a crime?

We both know that neither you, nor any of your fellow travellers hereabouts have the balls to say what you actually mean and declare that American servicemen who participated in Allied Force are war criminals, so just drop it already.

War criminals drop bombs deliberately on civilians who are not in any way supporting a war of aggression. It is one thing to drop bombs on German cities whose recalcitrant military and ENEMY refuses to surrender. Quite another to indiscriminately kill civilians who are in no way to blame and NOT our enemy with lists provided by Muslims I might add.

Yes, the Easter bombing was a new low in US military history...but followed a pattern of left wing political manipulation of the military (WWII). Scary.

As for what the "fellow travelers mean": Many believe that NATO is not an "allied force" and was the wrong agency to respond to Kosovo and that it was a defensive alliance never contemplated to be catalyzed into action by internal conflict (kosovo and Bosnia).

Your fellow travelers have re defined and recast a defensive organization (NATO) into and a force of agression against allies.

So you're back to describing it as "indiscriminately", rather than "targeted"?

You not only lack the courage to say what you mean, you don't know what you want to say in the first place.

And yet you think that self-appointed PR spinmeisters such as yourself are going to change Serbia's fortunes.

Priceless.

People like those you despise need to get the truth out...to the detriment of those like yourself whose agenda is to hide and obfuscate.

Serbia is already coming back strong and Belgrade is a city like no other in the Balkans. But then again it is a Christian city not an Isalmic hellhole like what they have turned Sarajevo/Muslim Bosnia into.

You lose again and again. Only natural.

"you accusing American servicemen of perpetrating war crimes or not?"

Of course not...just the Clinton Administration and their policies in the Balkans. Funny you bring that up. Good thinking hopless. now, where would clark fit in this scheme.....hmmmmmm. laser guided...?? Now, we should revisit the Balkans with a congressional hearing. Now, wouldn't that be fun.
