When the targets that are non-military are targeted you dunce...it's called indiscriminate.No, that would be called a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions (Protocol I, Art 85, Sect 3) and thus a war crime, but like the rest of the drones who unwittingly follow the IAC's line on the matter, the necessary conclusion, that American servicemen are guilty of perpetrating war crimes, escapes you.
So step up to the plate, Tom. Earn your dinars - are you accusing American servicemen of perpetrating war crimes or not?
