My cousin returned from reserve duty near Afghanistan and was disagnosed with pancreatic cancer within a year. He has also been in the reserves 20+ years.

A friend who had the same cancer with only weeks to live, but he had a liver transplant. Now 7 years later he is living a near normal life. I'm wondering if the cancer has spread beyond the liver in this gentleman.
