Uh, hello, she has a claustrophobic" attack while on the palne (sorry couldn't resist) coming back from Pakistan...well how in the heck did she get over to Pakistan...take a train or car.

If she's so claustrophobic she wouldn't have flown to Pakistan in the first place.

What would cause someone who is pathologically claustrophobic to buy a ticket to strap themselves into an aluminum tube for 8 hours with no possible means of escape? Sorry. I'm going with the brain-washed nut job approach. No pity here. I fly too many legs to have any pity.
