I wouldn't get a transfusion except from a family member, I never eat out (no worries about cuts dripping in the salad), I don't work in health care so I won't get a needle stick, and I don't inject drugs and I don't perform sex acts with strangers and I'm monogamously married to someone who has the same habits I do.
I think that about covers it!
I think we are spending too much money in queer deceases (Aids). If they just use ther a-- for what it is, they will have nothing to worry about. HOW ABOUT THAT? :)
