Collins has promised to be a one-termer.
I think McBride has too much baggage. He's a trial lawyer. He does handle some immigration cases. I am not sure if he marched with the illegals, but he's not going to win with that baggage.

A political gaffe of the first water by the 72-year-old newbie candidate.
He'll be a weak, ineffective lame-duck the minute he's elected (which he won't be). He'll be ignored in the Senate.
Politics gives no quarter.....and desperate or dreamy-eyed hoping doesn't make it so.
He may be a nice retired guy, but he's a throw-away vote.
