AN American schoolteacher accused of murdering six-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey in the US in 1996 has told police in Thailand that the girl died accidentally from an overdose of chloroform he administered before raping her. A senior Thai police official said that under questioning in Bangkok, Karr said he had chloroformed the child so he could rape her in the basement of her home in Boulder, Colorado.
“He told us that after sex he realised he had accidentally killed her,” said General Suwat Tumrongsiskul, director of immigration police. “He also told us that they loved each other. She was 'his' beauty queen.”

Yes yes yes!! I agree 100%. each time I read that sicko "had sex" with Jonbenet I scream. You do not have sex with a child inhuman creatures molest/rape a child.
I wouldn't trust this investigative county in Colorado to know their right hand from their left.
If the autopsy is any thing like the investigators, I have no trust in it.
It was a classmate's. He had this fancy scroll type writing, but there were very similar letters the a's, t's--especially the d's. He did his d's in one stroke, ending with the tip of the d, just like the ransom note. I am not an expert, but apparently one out there is already saying, if these handwriting samples (there is also a job application he puportedly completed) then they may have the murderer.

It sounds as if this guy has been obsessed with this case for years. He even told his dad that his kiddie porn arrest was an arrest for JB's murder. What a nutter.
Well, that doesn't mean anything. I did find out about the sample, but have been too busy answering pings to go look at it, but I will eventually.
Check these links out. On the first look at thumbnails of the letters side by side (ransom Note comparison) and then check out the London Letter Exempler sample. The letter "a" which is not pointed out in the side by side comparison are the same in some of the printed "a"s. The second link is from two years after Jon Benets death -written by Dr, Cyril wecht, the pathologist.

This is getting more intriguing.
I'm also intrigued by the SBTC reference in both the yearbook and the ransom note. The FBI has seemingly never been able to ascertain what it stood for, and now those four letters show up with some apparent connection to this suspect.
BTW, I've had very serious doubts re: Karr and his connection to the murder given his weirdness and the Alabama alibi but this "SBTC" connection gives some pause deserves further explanation.
I agree. When I saw that my hinky meter jumped up a notch. It could very well be coincidence, but then again, WHAT exactly is this information about JonBenet that he supposedly revealed that has never been released?
Someone on another forum made the observation that photographs of only one side of her face have been released. Perhaps there was something on the other side of her face? Speculation running rampant again.
He supposedly mailed items to LE , whom he thought was Patsy, via snail mail. I wonder if they had DNA from any of the envelopes. It is being reported that they swabbed him in Bangkok, but perhaps that was a back-up test. Just thinking out loud again. I keep thinking they must have SOMEthing to get the Feds involved. More than some crackerjack love poems. You would hope so, anyway.
Recall, too, that there were probably two perps in this murder -- referenced by two different shoe prints. So the DNA might not be this particular pervert. Hopefully, the truth will finally come out on this drawn out and horrible crime.
Those were the same things that also jumped out at me: the "Soon To Be The Conqueror"/Victory" connections and the strange white Santa Claus teddy bear showing up at the Ramsey house. I wrote Karr off as a lunatic before these items surfaced. He's still a lunatic, but there may be something here.
This is just stuff I gleaned from links already posted in this thread: I'd like to know if the bear in the photo Karr sent to Tracey had a heart on it's left paw. The bear found in JonBenet's room allegedly did, and a heart was drawn on her palm when she was found. That could be significant. A photo of the Ramsey bear now shows the left paw missing in the picture, the supposed "paw with the heart" whited out in the photo.
The bear found in her room had a small pouch connected to it by one of JonBenet's earrings. A photo shows her wearing the same earrings in a pageant. A strange detail.
I hope all these leads will be followed through, as Karr may have used the S.B.T.C. moniker somewhere else. If he did commit this murder, others may still be incriminated as there are so many unanswered questions. I know... the way things are changing, this may all be irrelevant in 3 minutes.
First thing occurred to me was, Thailand, language and culture barrier (I don't care how good your translator is), so the "confession details" and their points, ie pick up from school, drugged etc, didn't faze me. I think he did it. I think we try and apply "normal" thinking when talking about this kind of personality and you can't. By the way, I can't remember Christmas 1996, and in a family where there are divorces, multiples marriages, cross country moves, I think one would find it hard to remember details of a holiday ten years old. Also, I have flown on Christmas Day. Would'nt it be possible to fly out of Ala, land in Boulder (Denver) and do this terrible thing and get out of town? This guy likes his frequent flyer miles. I also think the teddy bear and STBC are significant. As far as his connections to the Ramsey's, also very possible. He could have been a tutor for them or someone close to them.
I agree with you. I think it is him. His hairline in pictures some years ago, shows much more hair. His hair has receded more recently and he has lost a lot of weight. It is the deepset eyes that look the most like him to me.
