Pathogens will always be with us. And the harder we fight them the tougher they become.

Like a astroid smashing into my little apartment. Not a darn thing I can do about it. Why do I have to know? I would rather be dumb and happy; then poof. Science just trying to justify their research grants.

"Why do I have to know? I would rather be dumb and happy; then poof. Science just trying to justify their research grants." I'm trying to figure out why people who don't care, could care less and don't want to know always show up on these threads?

I wish the "dumb and happy" crowd would just be so, too.
Thanks for the ping.
I'd just as soon see it coming, if that is the case.

American idle is not on now. People have to go somewhere I guess.
Good article. As usual, thanks Blam.

This isn't the first article i've read speculating on the next "pandemic".I don't know whether i should take this seriously or not.It sounds logical, but then again i'm not a scientist.

See it coming yes, I agree. My comments are rhetoric. The media has been pelting the public with hypothecial scenarios of disaster; things that could happen, but not forthcoming. For what purpose are they doing this? Slow news day?
I need to go now and wax my pyroclastic surfboard for that volcano that blows every 750,000 years. Just gota be prepared for everything

So if I am reading this right all I have to do is not drink raw date palm juice not to get sick.
