Thanks Kathy ~ yep, I scooped and leveled bark all morning. Today is the third day I've been doing manual labor and the old curmudgeon's muscles are very sore.

The third day is usually the day you start heal. >:-}

I do feel a lot better, albeit sore ~ exercise is good for you; much better than setting here at the computer.

I had some major work done. 6 hours in the chair and Im exhausted but it turned out well.

I had a crown done and 2 porcelain onlays.
It was done with an amazing computer called CEREC 3

It was wonderful. Now it's back up ink the 90s but the grass looks so beautiful and healthy.
