- Yahoo News reported that Iran's president has launched a Web log, using his first entry to ask visitors to the site if they think the United States and Israel want to start a new world war.
Iran calls the Lebanese ceasefire "illogical."
- Reuters reported that Iran welcomed a planned ceasefire to halt the month-long war between Lebanon's Hezbollah and Israel but described the U.N. Security Council's call for disarming Iranian-backed Hezbollah as "illogical".

Ahmadinejad's Blog is Dangerous
A lot of readers emailed about a new Iranian web site that purports to be Mahmoud Ahmadinejads blog, and a lot of other blogs have linked to it.
But before you click through to the site (from somewhere else, I wont post the link here), make sure your virus prevention software is up to datebecause it may try to exploit a weakness in Internet Explorer to install a back door in your computer: Pres. Ahmadinejad trying to infect Israelis with web viruses?
I heard enough about the 2nd coming of Hitler last night on 60 Mins. Mike Wallace should be ashamed to call himself a Jew.
And just for good luck, I'll mention: miserable failure too.
Obviously a fake pic but why do they make their women dress like that?
So that the men can control their women ( property ? ) .
These islamic men often deny their women the right to vote, drive a car, go to school, job/career outside the home...
My wife's theory is that, in that part of the world, the world look better than average while the men look pretty neanderthal so they have to keep the women covered to hang on to them.
