Maine started this two years ago with Foster Parents!

Maine:  Do not smoke if your a foster parent!  The DHS says so!  It's ok if you sprawl on the couch at night drunk though!

Shouldn't we be more worried about the fact that those kids obviously aren't in carseats? (Or that a convertable with the top down is far less likely to contain any smoking residue than a sedan with the windows closed?)

Having been in the "foster care" system as a child, I can tell you unequivocally, cigarette smoking was not even on my list of things to fear.

What a moron.

I sometimes think guys like him like to make up these laws, to get revenge on the people who beat them up in high school. And, to help keep that horrible feeling of insecurity at bay.

I can see him now:
