Merry Band of Patriots ping:
Our contact at Camp Ramadi sustained a minor, but annoying, injury from an RPG recently. This caused me to finish this look at the patterns of risk facing our troops now in Iraq.
Thanks for the ping.
Everything is available from DOD press releases published by ABC news.
Bump for later.
I wasn't implying that you did anything unseemly. But I question the wisdom of these press releases.
My son escaped injury on Saturday when an IED went off right next to his Stryker (damned big artillery shell went off right as his hatch was next to it). No one hurt; the Stryker came out very well (some scratches; not much else). Nothing short of miraculous. He's in Mosul, and seeing these figures is a sobering thing. Please keep him in your prayers.
Glad to hear Future Snake Eater escaped injury. My prayers for him.
FYI
