I don't know what Paveway (laser guided) kits cost. JDAM (GPS) kits are about 20K with the bomb body costing about 2 bucks per pound.

Out of curiosity, what do you think that op cost? Much, much more than they were worth, but if you are carrying a .45 and see a mouse, I suppose one has to make do.
But that discounts the value of the target vehicle and its occupants.
