I agree ...the first step is to stop all student exchanges from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and the like. This is the easiest way for terrorists to infiltrate.
Consider the students who never made it to Montana...granted, they have most of them now, but what were we doing granting them student visas to begin with?
As far as the home grown variety, that is going to take a different approach...the wiretap on phones from suspected terrorists overseas was a great thing until the Slimes leaked it...My prayer is that the Slimes will continue on the downside and go out of business.

Considering that this latest plot was tracked initially on the basis of information we gathered through electronic and financial monitoring (before these methods were cut off) and then provided to the Britis, I think it's going to be hard for the Slimes to continue its attack. I wouldn't be surprised if some programs are ultimately restored, in fact.
