This is something like what we would be living through with ol' Frankenstein as president. An "Acceptable" level of terrorism, a level where it is just a nuisance. A bomb here, suicide belt there, shootings once in a while...nothing *THAT BAD* that we need to go to war against anyone. Just little pinpricks to slowly bleed you dry.
