Keith Olbermann's regular media critic guest, Michael Musto of the Village Voice, called Ann Coulter a 'bastard' on last night's Countdown.
The topic was the news that Vanity Fair has picked celeb photographer Annie Liebovitz to snap the first pics of Suri, newborn daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. There is controversy as to whether Suri actually exists, given that, months after her announced birth, there have been no photos or viewings of the child.
Musto is clearly a skeptic on the subject. When Olbermann asked him what we should expect from Liebovitz's images of Suri, Musto responded with malicious glee:
"We should expect an image of a pillow. An illegitimate pillow, mind you. A bastard pillow. What's the word for a female bastard? Ann Coulter! An Ann Coulter pillow!"
Olbermann could be heard giggling in the background.
My, my! The verbal nastiness aside, what a stunning lapse in PC-speak by a Village Voice writer. 'Bastard'? Surely Musto knows we don't have bastards anymore. Just children born to single mothers. But the left-wing media will apparently sacrifice even political correctness for the greater cause of 'lam-bastardizing' a favorite target.
What? Is he saying Ann Coulter's an illegitimate child (which isn't true, so why would he say that?)?
What does he mean by "pillow"? What is this idiot talking about? He makes no sense.
Olderman just reinforced his idiocy by giggling like a girl at this crap.
"Given he's gay, I expect his olive is regularly stuffed..."
Was that really necessary?
(BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!)
"An illegitimate pillow?" What the heck does that even mean? Was Musto carrying an open tequila bottle, by any chance?
Yes, I'm afraid it was...
That Michael Musto can be SUCH a bitch...
But which one is a Princess and which one is a Queen?
It took me awhile to figure it out too. People are saying that maybe Katie wasn't pregnant because no one has seen the baby. If Katie wasn't pregnant, then she must have shoved a pillow under her clothes to simulate pregnancy. Therefore, the pictures will be of a pillow.
Now, since Cruise and Holmes aren't married, the pillow (even though it is an inanimate object) must be illegitimate. This is also known as a bastard. The child/pillow is also reported to be female.
That is how we get female, bastard, pillow. Where Ann fits in is beyond me.
