This needs circulation.
Even a novice like me can see that the rusted damage is very old and that the hole is probably something cut out. Look at the evenly spaced slots around the perfect circle, the lack of red paint that is so perfectly round, the hole is perfectly centered on the roof.
I wish I had the addresses of the NBC staff, I have some great investments for them.

It is probably an old ambulance that they retired and the guy who bought it took off the light and didn't bother to paint it. Around here they sell old police cars and people often drive them around as is w/o the police insignia and lights but they still look like police cars.

Hi Sweetie, looks faked to me, no fire damage, even a small
dumb bomb would have penetrated the floorboards, just an
example of Gypsy Hez running the old insurance scam,
"My neck, My neck!".
That hole was from a vent or flashing light just like the other vehicles posted.
