It's amazing how many people born into wealth drift to the left - Rockefellers, Kennedys, Kerry, Ted Turner, Sen. Dayton (MN), etc. The list goes on.

But the MSM always describes Lamont is a "business executive".
So, it turns out that he's an Engles knock-off, a trust-fund communist? Who'd have thunk it?
(Actually, it's well known by anyone who bothered to do a Google search .. but very, very few would ever have suspected.)

What always interests me about the leftists is they complain when Republican candidates run for office who are relatively wealthy.
But it's been proven via FOI financial statements that there are more Democrat millionaires than Republican.
Yet Republicans have enough class not to play the class card, something the Democrats do in nearly every race.

Another millionaire Marxist. Maybe the millionaire Marxists think that some future communist dictator will spare them and pay them for their "wisdom."

Saw Michael Barone on Fox News tonight. He said that the majority of votes Lamont received were from the wealthier sections of Connecticut while the middle class and blacks neighborhoods, which is where Lieberman was originally from, voted for Joe.

Communists Support Democrat Takeover
August 4th, 2006
Its Friday, so I thought Id provide some comic relief.
The Communist Party USA is becoming excited about the prospect for a Democrat takeover of Congress. They appear to find common cause with other progressives in the Democrat Party.
The CPUSA is throwing its support behind John Tester, who is running against Conrad Burns in Montana, and millionaire Ned Lamont, the millionaire who is taking on Joe Lieberman in Connecticut, .
They write, Lamont can make a positive contribution toward changing control and direction of congress. The Lamont campaign is creating a lot of energy that will spill over into the whole election process.
Funny proposition that the anti-capitalist CPUSA would be happy about a wealthy millionaire becoming the next senator from Connecticut. Leftist hypocrisy seemingly knows no bounds.
