NEW BEDFORD - The state has dismissed allegations by a victim of a hatchet attack at a gay bar in New Bedford who said emergency workers delayed his treatment and physically and verbally abused him because hes gay. In a report released Tuesday, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services ruled that Robert Perrys complaint about a delay in treatment was invalid and said it could not substantiate his assault allegations, The Standard Times of New Bedford reported.
Perry, 53, said he was very disappointed in the ruling, and added, The truth didnt come out. I feel just like the O.J. Simpson verdict because Ill have to live with the verdict, he said.

I feel sorry for all the good and dedicated paramedics out there who when trying to save lives get buttholes such as this guy as patients.
Guy was probably shopping for a way to get a lawsuit to get out of the debt from this incident.
He was looking to make a quick buck and bring "queer rights" to the forefront again even though he disses the paramedics to do it.
