No -- it would make more sense to put those who are suspect at the inconvenience...
Keep THEM out of the country.......until this all gets "sorted out" in about 20 or 30 years...
There is also precedent, during war times -- to round up "questionable aliens/citizens" and hold them under security..
The Japanese internment comes to mind -- and the Japanese in America were as harmless as butterflies, compared to the Muslims in America...
Those Muslims preferring deportation to an Islamic Republic, where they may live as they wish - could avoid internment...
