my father in law is from Italy and came to America 50 years ago...his favorite cousin left Italy and moved to Venezuala...he (my f-i-l's cousin) was a very successful/wealthy builder- kitchen designer...

Every five years or so my f-i-l would go to visit him in Venzuela..ironically we were talking about this just a few weeks ago...he said his cousin would take him to a beautiful/vibrant village by the shore every time he went to visit...the last time he went (four years ago) he said the place had turned into a sh!t mess...they were carrying bottles of juice and everytime they'd try and take a sip from the bottle they'd have to swat hundreds of flies which were buzzing around from the mouth of the container...
