The head of Iran's Revolutionary Guards said the United States and Israel would not survive if they attacked his nation, the IRNA news agency reported today.
"Without doubt, if the criminals (the United States and Israel) want to make any moves against Iran they will be stricken by a blow 100 times stronger and they will not survive in the face of Iran's power," General Yahya Rahim Safavi was quoted as saying.
Iran is under threat of international sanctions if it fails to comply with a United Nations Security Council resolution to suspend uranium enrichment by August 31.
Washington has also never ruled out the use of force against Iran.
Israel meanwhile yesterday accused Iran of "stoking instability in the region" after a barrage of Hezbollah rocket fire killed 15 people in northern Israel.
Israel regularly accuses Iran and Syria of backing Hezbollah and feeding the Lebanese Shiite militia's arsenal.
Tehran and Damascus reject this, saying they only offer moral support.

These clowns need to come up with something better. This same old rhetoric day after day, year after year, is getting pretty boring. They need to come up with something like "We have the Rove Weather Machine ® and we're not afraid to use it" or something.

Tell Iran to go ahead and try out their desires. Today. Why wait?
Bunch of sissies. Israel would toast em inside of a day. Big talk from a little man. Plays well for his idiot troops and the dems though.

They have no fear of dying either, or at least, apparently. I think these fools are inviting a war with Israel, but they know they cannot start it, without losing all standing, even with their accomplices in the U.N. and the MSM. I think they are praying for Israel to start something...

Wreaking such 100x havoc would supposedly be ... China or "Allah"? Surely not US-based Hezbollah cells releasing an East Litani Virus?
