Let's try an analogy here....

The police announce that in 3 days they will raid a known drug haven. When they raid the house, they find no drugs. Authorities are perplexed why more than half of those polled think that drugs existed in that house.

Good analogy. I also say that, although found Not Guilty in a court of law, most Americans believe OJ killed Nicole.

This is only a good analogy until you realize that WMDs WERE found.

Try this one:
