Hatin on Hillary: N.H. Dems lambaste Clinton By Brett Arends Boston Herald Business Columnist Monday, August 7, 2006 - Updated: 02:56 AM EST
MANCHESTER, N.H. - Dick Bennett has been polling New Hampshire voters for 30 years. And hes never seen anything like it. Lying b**** . . . shrew . . . Machiavellian . . . evil, power-mad witch . . . the ultimate self-serving politician. No prizes for guessing which presidential front-runner drew these remarks in focus groups. But these werent Republicans talking about Hillary Clinton. They werent even independents. These were ordinary, grass-roots Democrats. People who identified themselves as likely voters in the pivotal states Democratic primary. And, behind closed doors, this is what nearly half of them are saying.

Nice to know that someone other than the folks here understands who she really is.
They will ALL drink her bath water when push comes to shove and she's running against a conservative.
Get your popcorn here!
One on one interviews with over 400 Dems that vote.
You would tend to see those descriptions of her on this forum. It was gratifying to see GraniteStaters have a similar view.
I could have gone ALL DAY LONG without that particular visual.... But noooooo...
Oh my, your post is in my brain like some awful jingle that goes on and on, over and over. I can't get it out. It is stuck.
You should say that more often so people are similarly afflicted.
LOL! ewww.....
I wonder how she'll look to them after she twists and contorts her "pro-war" position in response to the Lamont victory.
I could have gone ALL DAY LONG without that particular visual.... But noooooo...
I know I've heard of carry the bath water but drink it YIKES!
All of her "moderation" is of course a lie, and since they all spend their lives lying about what they believe, and what they will do if they gain power, it's all quite familiar.
Welcome to FreeRepublic. Thanks for posting.
I was not interviewed for that poll, I was not interviewed for that poll.
One little old lady vacationing from nearby Kinnebunkport, Maine was quoted as saying, "I can't really say what she is, but it rhymes with "Witch"."
I read somewhere the senate Dems are going to offer her the senate minority leader role if she'll drop her presidential ambitions. These internal polls are probably the main reason for this offer, if those reports are true. I think any solid GOP candidate, if he runs a good campaign, would definitely win all the states Bush won in 2004 and probably also WI, NH, and PA. Allen or Romney would trounce her by 53.5-45.5 margins and an electoral landslide. The contrast between Hillary's mean personality and the calm, friendly demeanor of Allen or Romney during debates would lead to a GOP landslide. This is probably also true for McCain if he stayed calm and friendly with no angry outburts during his campaign.
Welcome to FR. You picked one of our favorite subjects (watch the keyword list expand)...lol.
Maybe they want to continue to "live free or die".
She presents a very target rich environment. There's a very long and embarrassing list of past events that can be brought up. And, even though "they" say people have short political memories, once folks are reminded, they will remember.
How's the movie coming Doug?
I did not want you two to miss this one...the kind of story that will make any Freeper's day.
This is why the DemonRats are trying to expand the group of early primaries to more "diverse" states. They want to minimize and obscure the adverse impact of the over-educated, liberal white voters in Iowa and NH, thereby enabling the Witch to keep up her moderate scam.
