Hezbollah rockets kill 12 in Israel

BEIRUT, Lebanon - Hezbollah guerrillas unleashed their deadliest barrage of rockets yet into northern Israel, killing at least 12 people...as fighting only intensified despite a draft U.N. cease-fire resolution.
Hezbollah and its allies rejected the draft resolution, saying its terms for a halt in fighting do not address Lebanon's demands — in a signal that the nearly 4-week-old battle will burn on.
Hezbollah fired a barrage of rockets late Sunday on the port city of Haifa, injuring dozens of people, in the heaviest attack on Israel's third largest city since fighting began.
News reports said one person was killed, and emergency services said more than 30 people were injured. A Haifa fire department spokeman said one crowded residential district suffered five or six hits and there were many casualties.
Hezbollah fired a volley of 80 rockets at several other Israeli towns. One of them made a direct hit on a crowd of people at the entrance of the communal farm of Kfar Giladi, killing 11 people, rescue workers said. [One of the critically wounded died later, bringing the death toll to 12.]

Our friend in Jersey, where you aren't allowed to pump your own gas, said they whip out their prayers mat and pray right by the pump. I would say that would be a pretty good indication...

That's a good point. I guess until Muslims start speaking out against the jihadists and showing their American support - wearing pins, putting out the flag, etc., they'll have to suffer the consequences.

Well, yeah, if they did indeed do that. I have yet to see it happen where I live and the two closest convenience stores are owned by Arab-looking folks. I've never bothered to ask where they're from or what religion they are. I don't really care.
Last week somebody high up in Iraeli defense or government (can't remember who) proudly declared that Israeli armed forces had completey disabled Hezbollah's ability to launch any large missle strikes. That same day they launched more missles than they had in any one day. Now this. I don't understand.

The two closest businesses owned by Arab-looking folks (I have no idea where they're from) do have American flags up, although they don't stand behind the counter speaking out against jihadists.
I buy from whomever has the cheapest price and I have no idea who owns the stations.
Time to kick out all "embedded" reporters from Iraq, and unleash the dogs of war. Let the military fight the war and keep the reporters at CENTCOM in Qatar. The generals can brief them as needed. Embedded is a term that we use here in the Midwest to refer to ticks so I suppose it's fitting for the reporters. Israel has never really given a crap about world opinion (nor should they); they care about US opinion and I blame the State Defartment for any restraint placed upon Israel when she wanted to strike back before.
Not that I advocate this but... If we were to do this thing, and then be standing there with the rest of our arsenal bristling, saying to the world "How you like me now?", what could they really say?
Of course it would be the end of globalizm, and internationalizm, and the UN, but some would question whether those things were such a good idear in the first place.
No one expects Muslims to speak out about jihadists from behind the counter of a convenience store.
But most people I know have had some pretty bad experiences with Arabs running convenience stores. No eye contact, don't want to answer a question from a woman and even like taking money from women, and a generally ugly disposition.
That's by no means every Arab, of course, but if Arabs are unhappy with their treatment in American, they can fix it and until they do, I don't have a lot of sympathy.
Which probably means they're desperate. They didn't used to fire at night because the heat signature and light from the flashes gave away launch sites to the IAF. Nosehairallah offering to stop firing last week was another indication that things are not going as well for the Hezbos as the MSM would like to believe. The IDF/IAF needs to continue to pound these cretins back into the sand.

Damascus needs to disappear literally and then Tehran if the rockets do not stop flying into Israel.
