In the blog discussions I've read, there is a lot of questioning about how the baby ( poor thing, whatever the circumstances ) looks almost recently exhumed, but the pacifier is bright blue and clean. Assumption was it was added to the corpse, but given the track record, photoshopping would be easier.
The binky is in a bunch of photos of the child, which would argue against a photoshop.
