Civilians die in war. I hope Israel will stop apologizing for such things.

It's this simple:

Israel attempts to minimize civilian casualties, Hizbullah attempts to maximize them.

That is all that need by said.

Go IDF!

Oh well, we killed 100,000 in one night by firebombing Tokyo. That is the consequence of starting a war. If you are smart, you will keep your tyrannical, genocidal, homicidal tendencies to yourself and not screw around with free people.

If we want to end this little issue with the islamofacists, we go WWII on them. End it in a week and save the lives of Muslims around the world in the long run.

In other news, Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan president, said he had recalled his country's ambassador to Israel to show his "indignation" over the military offensive in Lebanon. In a televised speech on Thursday, he called the Israeli attacks "genocide".

They need to start taking fingerprints of these "civilians" to compare them with the "civilians" killed the day or week before.

Please, Lord, let me never come face-to-face with a reporter wearing Reuters ID. I might not be able to withstand the temptation (to promote honesty in reporting).

Did a little Google search on the author of this article, Lin Noueihed. He's been a busy little beaver, typing up anti-Israel, anti-Western screeds for various drive-by media outlets:

Excellent, thanks. The MSM is employing Muslim terrorist supporters as reporters, it's becoming so common!

40 civilians killed by Israeli soldiers? Now ask ...WHY?

Battles are fought on battlefields. This battlefield is not that chosen by the Israelis but by hezbolla. We in the West have much anxiety about the death of civilians, the Islamofascists do not. Hezebolla chooses to commit combat operations in civilian populated areas, not Israel. The remedy to this conflict is to kill Islamic combatants. Therefore the Islamofascists have choosen to have their women and children killed. It is their choice, not Israels. We in the WEst have to get over our desire to define war (Proper) as defined by choosing a sterile battlefield. The Israelis cannot define it, so get past it. We victimize ourselves when we self-impose silly limits on our applying the tactics of war only away from the civilian areas. The Powell doctrine should be fully employed, regardless of our desire to minimize civilian casualities.

If we had the opportunity to define the battlefield, no civilian would be harmed. We do not define the battlefield. The terrorists do. Kill the terrorists and the problems are solved. Educate the civilians that they must choose who they allow to occupy their lands. In this case the Lebanese must decide they want to put up with Hezebolla and their terrorists' attacks which result in Israels reprisal. Or. They do not want Hezebolla to initiate hostilities with Lebanon. It is their choice. The carnage is required in this case to dispose of the Hezebollas' terrorist cababilities to Nornthern Israel. It is their choice.

More propaganda from al Reuters.

Reuters seems to count anyone not in a military uniform as a civilian. I wonder how many of these "civilians" are found with a Kalashnikov laying next to their mangled corpse?

Oh well, we killed 100,000 in one night by firebombing Tokyo.

Al-rooters and the MSM would go absolutely apes#$%t if the IDF used the same tactics we used in WWII.

Of course I wouldn't mind seeing a few newsanchors' heads explode.
