Navy destroys Hizbullah's harbor in Beirut

Israeli Navy ships destroyed the Adi Nasrallsh Harbor in south Beirut on Friday evening.
According to the army, the harbor, named after Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah's son who was killed by the IDF 1997, was the launching site of the Iranian C-802 missile that was fired at the Navy ship Hanit killing four soldiers in mid-July.
The site was also used to train Hizbullah operatives in weapons-smuggling, the army said.

Blow up all the docks and sink the ships anchored in it? That's what I was thinking. A geographic harbor isn't much good for anything without its facilities.

How do you destroy a harbor? By unloading all the ordinance you can onto it! I would imagine they actually mean the docking area and that the harbour still exits:)
