Good afternoon, CMN
Only 30%?
well, we've had plenty of rain this year, so I can go another couple of days still.
But, I need cooler temps. Me and my electric bill will feel much better.
BTW, if I've never thanked you for your service, I am doing so now. THANKS

"Tonk, this is a well-documented spoof."
This part is true, from the
National Do Not Call Registry
https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx 10. Can I register my cell phone on the National Do Not Call Registry?
Yes, you may place your personal cell phone number on the National Do Not Call Registry. The registry has accepted cell phone numbers since it opened for registrations in June 2003. There is no deadline to register a home or cell phone number on the Registry.
This is why I registered all my phone numbers.
Thanks for the info.
tomkow6 sent me a similar FReep mail

The link Tonkin posted and the link you posted are the same.Yes, but our interpretation was the polar opposite. Per the FTC, there is NO pending unleashing of cell phone numbers to the telemarketing community.
I'll make this the last flog of that horse: Right now, your cell phone number is essentially an unlisted number. Telemarketers only know that a given phone number is cellular or not; they have no way of knowing that it belongs to you. Why link your name with your cellular number in a database subject to hacking and access, legitimately or not? If you are really concerned about guarding your electronic privacy, why put a bit of data about yourself out there when there is no need? (since there is no opening of cellphones to telemarketers). That's all I was trying to say. But by all means, register if you want to.

Relatively cooler, yes.
It seems to have been hotter up in your neck of the woods.
We have been in the mid 90's but it has been cooling down to 78 or so at night. Pretty nice for us.

Well, Now that I've got everyone's attention,(Apolgies if you weren't pinged, I have some info on next week's critical updates.
This is going to be one of the biggest updates I'ever seen sent down. We're talking ten, yes ten critical updates for Microsoft Windows.
Plus, two updates for Microsoft Office
And finally the August version of the Malicious Software Removal Tool.
So, to recap, ten updates for Windows, two for Microsoft Office and the August version of the Malicious Software Removal Tool.
Some of those updates will require a restart.
These updates will be coming down next week.
