I saw that picture....I think those are chaff flares dropping off the F16...missiles wouldnt be falling behind a plane....IMHO

This is the amendment that was DEFEATED in the Homeland Security bill...but it passed in the Defense Appropriations Bill...at least until conference with the House...

I can't believe it wouldn't pass the House...unless the House members don't like it being in the DOD bill.

You are right, the pilopt popped three flares just as he released the bombs, and is in the process of pulling Gs to get up and out. Don't suppose the Hezzies have shoulder fired SAMs?

The IDF pilot is not hanging around to find out.

Or it was an oops moment, the flare toggle next to the bomb pickle??
