If these children had just died as implied by Hizz..rigor would likely not have set in.- At the same time- if (as many of us suspect) these children had been dead some time- rigor would have passed. There are many other ways though to determine time of death or at least- the number of probable hours since death - the only remaining question is the honesty of the pathologists doing the autopsies.
There were several photos of the same kids in both Tyre and Qana. Both of these "rescue workers" can be seen as well.
