Do you guys think such a banner could be made in 2-4 hours (particularly in a supposedly war-ravaged area)?

It would take multiple large-format printers to create a poster that size that quickly, stitched together.

That banner isn't stitched, as far as I can see. It looks like the entire think is silk-screened; a long process when you consider the size of that thing!
