Helicopters are all around my neighborhood nightly. They appear to be tracking down criminals. They have search lights that follow them on the ground.

I will be watching for his further reports once he gets back to the States, or to Israel. He was using codes, and doing everything but blinking broadly to let us know that all was not what it seemed.
At one point, he made a show of almost having his 'minder' throttle him, and even pointed out that his 'minder' wouldn't let him finish that particular statement.

Brilliant strategy by the IDF.
They annouce very publically they are going to suspend air strikes for 48 hours.
So ofcourse, the Syrians are going to quickly bumrush the Lebannese border with Katysha rocket and other weapons resupplies. So the IDF pounds the border smuggling routes.

Oh, yeah, I'm used to them, too - but I was especially antsy last night because they had said they wouldn't publicize any of the security measures they were taking right there in that (well, *this*) area.
This is the largest concentration of the Jewish population in this city. I know we have 30,000 Lebanese who were having a fund-raiser last night - and they were also meeting not far from here. It seemed like a recipe for turmoil.

The BBC style idiot with the british accent from SKy news was doing a big anti-Israel report today about the Quna attacks.
He says that they are all kinds of Lebannese, not Hezbollah or shiites, that were attacking the UN headquarters.
That picture proves he's full of major crap.
Past 8am, and not one rocket across the border. Guess we DO have an answer from the Hezzies. They just haven't commented yet, because they're still trying to figure out how to spin it.
