CNN just reported per Reuters "Syria is raising their readiness."
I hear that lying, pathetic, logic tortured cowardly Prime Minister speak and the first thing that comes to mind is...Wow..He's the prototypical Lebanese. You get the government you deserve I guess.

Interesting. Didn't they announce that they were at "the highest state of readiness" about a week ago. What are they going to call this one, the "we really mean it state of readiness"?

Did either of you happen to see the author, Michael Barber, on John Kasich's show on Saturday??
He wrote a book about Revelations....and Kasich said he hadn't read Revelation since he was a kid...but read it that day...and he said he can't understand it any more today..than he did as a kid.
The author said that people have read Revelation for centuries, and the part about pestilence, and stuff had convinced THEM that the end times was here....but, centuries later, here we are.
He said to understand Revelation...one has to be as studious of the Old Testament as the New Testament...and that that is why the Jews and Christians are linked..

I know the press has tried to make the Hezzies look invincible, but they only are able to launch rockets that have little military threat. Yet, Israel is steadily attacking nothing but military components, therefore it stands to reason that Israel is steadily weakening the Hezzies. They've taken over 30,000 artillery rounds from Israel. I'm looking past the press on this one.

Officials: Syria tells Egypt it opposes international force
Syria has told Egypt's foreign minister it opposes the creation of any new international force in Lebanon, but would not be averse to the expansion of the current UN Force there, widely regarded as ineffectual, officials said Monday.
"The Syrians are talking about expanding the UNIFIL," Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit told reporters in Cairo, referring to the widely criticized UN Force created in 1978 to restore stability in the area. (AP)
