Apparently, someone feels it is "GAME ON!"
Guess it's hockey night in Syria. Labbatt's, Molson, or a Homebrew, anyone?
I'll take a Stella Artois thank you, we can all sit around and watch the end of the world
Don't know,
the General hasn't returned my call.
Bwtein - what a beautiful job capturing Bibi! Better spelling and formatting than I can do; thank you so much. I was sorry to miss him since I really believe he is the best leader for Israel right now.
JERUSALEM (AP)--An explosive device was set off along the Israeli-Syrian border, the army said Monday. There were no injuries.
An Israeli army patrol heard an explosion late Sunday. During investigations Monday the army found that an apparent Syrian mine had been placed into a tire and set on fire, causing the blast.
It wasn't clear who set off the device, which exploded on the Syrian side of the border, the army said, adding that its patrol wasn't close to the scene at the time of the explosion.
Where is Jack Ryan when you need him?
This is an interesting read about Warren Christopher and his opinion of what the libs stand for. This is the last paragraph of the article."The Bush administration has wavered and floundered too much over the last year. Its State Department remains in some considerable denial about Iran, and its Defense Department about Iraq. We look forward to resuming our constructive criticisms of the administration. But we pause this week to say this: Given the spirit of today's liberal establishment and Democratic party, so perfectly personified by Warren Christopher, thank God we have a Bush and not a Kerry administration."

Honestly, surprised they are not there already.
There are more holes in my transcription than Swiss Cheese - I stand by and will watch you next time;)
txflake got the full critical sentence, IMO.
Netanyahu: "It is our house. Israel, America, the free society of Europe, it is the same house. They want to destroy our house. Israel is the first target, but they are after all of us."
Nor do I. Some are interesting and I can enjoy reading to further my knowledge of opinion, but I guess I feel like only God knows, and until it happens, the best thing I can do is to keep trying to do better and to continue to work against evil where it exists.
Bibi is right about what he said, but you aren't right that your transcription was filled with Swiss Cheese. LOL
If you were to compare what I transcribe with the actual transcript, you'd see so many holes. Sometimes I can't capture what is said and sometimes I don't get what the point is or it's something the person talking has said so many times it's just not worth mentioning again.
You did terrific and I was so glad to get home and read what Bibi said; thank you, bwteim.
22:46 Qassam rocket lands in open field north of the Gaza Strip; no injuries (Itim)
22:44 German FM calls on Syria to be active partner in Lebanon cease-fire efforts (AP)
22:40 Iran FM says he will meet his French counterpart in Beirut (AP)
You are too kind. A literal transcription it ain't;)
Perhaps someone with access to Rushbo's inner lair can publish the whole exchange sometime later, however.
Sending up a prayer that you're right.
According to an article in today's WSJ by Michel Aoun, a former prime minister of Lebanon:
You see, after Lebanon was liberated from Syrian occuopation, the international community (apparentlyuenamored by the quixotic images of the Cedar Revolution) demanded that the Lebanese electons take place immmediately and "on time"; it brushed off our grave concerns about the electoral law in force, which had been carefully crafted by Syria and imposed upon Lebanon in the year 2000 to ensure re-election of Syria's favorite legislators. This flawed electoral law -- initially imposed upon us by Syria and them reimposed upon us by the international community -- has had disastrous results. It brought to power a Lebanese government with absolute two-thirds majority powers, but which was elected by only one-third of populace.
I can't vouch for it, and one wishes he had been more specific, but FWIW.
How can we kidnap Netenyahu? I want him for POTUS.
