Historian David Littman is a representative to the United Nations (Geneva) of the Association for World Education. He has spent years tracking the rise of Islamic influence at the UN. According to him, “In recent years, representatives of some Muslim states have demanded, and often received, special treatment at the United Nations.” “As a result, non-diplomatic terms such as ‘blasphemy’ and ‘defamation of Islam’ have seeped into the United Nations system, leading to a situation in which non-Muslim governments accept certain rules of conduct in conformity with Islamic law (the Shari’a) and acquiesce to a self-imposed silence regarding topics touching on Islam.”
Our external enemy is the Islamic world. Our internal and our external enemies converge at the UN. Islamic countries want to use the UN as a tool to influence Western and infidel policies, bogging us down with regulations that make it more difficult to avoid being demographically overwhelmed by Muslim immigrants, placing obstacles in the way of stopping terrorist supporters in our countries and from dealing with nations supporting terrorism and Jihadist activities. Meanwhile, Islamic countries will ignore any “human rights” resolutions and will continue with impunity their oppression of Hindus, Christians or other non-Muslims in their own lands. ...
Kosovo, which has become a hotbed of international crime and Jihadist activities, could soon become an independent state, courtesy of NATO. Western powers bombed the Christian Serbs to pave for ethnic cleansing and the burning of churches and monasteries, all under the auspices of NATO soldiers. NATO thus directly established a Muslim state in Europe, but did nothing when the Islamic world launched a frontal assault in Western core values such as freedom of speech. We shouldn’t kid ourselves into believing that this has gone unnoticed in the Islamic world.

Spot on!
Sleep well Western Culture... sleep well!
We must be aware of the fact that western culture was allmost destroyed in 14th and 15th century by Muslim Turks, and that half of europe was enslaved for centuries...
Ant Turks didnt have nukes or missiles...
Bur, silamic bstds will have them allready...
Islamic countries, nay - any country which harbors terrorists or supports terrorists, should be expelled from the United Nations.
Ambassadors of those nations should be allowed to address the international body, but should not be allowed to vote, or wield influence within the system.
The United Nations was established specifically to promote peaceful interactions between nations. Islamic nations and terror states are not subscribers to that ideal, thus they have no business being members of the UN. The WTO is another world body which should exclude nations with interests that run counter to the founding purpose of the organization.
UN needs to leave the USA...it's become nothing more than an enemy....

I'll sleep better when our government focuses on sovereign American values and traditions on our own shores, rather than rushes to join the totalitarians abroad.
Uh oh, its gonna take a few more Supreme Court Justices for that to happen, and at the moment, I don't see that coming to pass.
I agree. But, Kennedy and Souter believe that "international law" is where our focus should be, you know, that law which dictators and third-world depots helped create.
The term "farewell" generally implies goodwill. In the case of the UN, a more apt phrase might be "go f--k yourself."
Right on.
And never mind Bonn, Paris or even Geneva. I have the perfect garden spot for them to relocate and as is customary, the "host" country can then contribute 25% of the funding as we have done for so many decades.
Here is my suggestion on where to move this cesspool of corruption and hypocrisy; den of spies and Socialist; as well as the rest of the "Hate-America" Countries, including, the Islmofacist supporters and enablers:
I this"Wishful Thinking"?
The League of Nations, 1920 to 1946. Died at age 26. RIP.
The United Nations, 1946 to present, age 60 and on life support.
Yep. Pretty worthless.
You might want to ping some of the others on your list on this topic. The really big problem with I-slam is one which hardly anybody understands, i.e. the fact that the entire religion is based on a provably false assumption which is that there is in fact such a thing as prophets or prophecy in our own age of the world. In real life the last real prophet died around 2500 years ago and ANYBODY claiming to be a prophet since then is basically a con man. Prophecy involved a paradigm for the use of the human mind and brain which has since passed out of this world other than for one or two leftover and disfunctional vestiges, namely hypnotism and schizophrenia. The starting point for this topic is still Julian Jaynes' "Origin of Consciousness", which you can find in paperback fairly easily. The first paragraph of the book of Hebrews in the NT flatly states that prophets were a thing of the past at the time of Christ, and that Christ had been sent to the Earth to bear witness to man BECAUSE there were no more prophets.
Problem is Bush keeps giving them credibilty
Get us out and give them 6 months to get their crap and leave
They are.
The OIC is the largest voting block in the UN and is the political arm of the global jihad, and its function is to serve as cover for their jihadis and protect them:
Terrorism's Silent Partner at the United Nations
Terrorism As a RightWith the Organization of the Islamic Conference defending any act committed on behalf of "national liberation," the United Nations cannot even issue an unequivocal condemnation of terrorism, let alone join the struggle to eliminate it...
The reason for this failure is that the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), which comprises fifty-six of the UN's 191 members, defends terrorism as a right...
Part of their own declared agenda includes:
1. Strengthen:No prizes for guessing what that last one means.
a) Islamic solidarity among Member States;
b) Cooperation in the political, economic, social, cultural and scientific fields:
c) The struggle of all Muslim people to safeguard their dignity, independence and national rights.2. Coordinate action to:
a) Safeguard the Holy Places;
b) Support the struggle of the Palestinian people and assist them in recovering their rights and liberating their occupied territories.
What we have here, is their own official to further their jihad by political and financial means, while undermining the kuffar at their own UN by voting as a block. They ignore the UN Declaration of Human rights whenever they see fit, and came up with their own rules, in effect conceding that islam is not compatible with human rights no matter how much lip service they pay to agreements.
...It is clear that Islamic militants are quite aware of the incompatibility of Islam and The 1948 Declaration of Human Rights. For these militants met in Paris in 1981 to draw up an Islamic Declaration of Human Rights which left out all freedoms that contradicted Islamic law...
In 1990 the IDHR became the "Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam," and was backed by the OIC itself. Essentially, the OIC picks up the ball from the terrorists and all those "misunderstanders of Islam" trying an attempt at plausible deniability, but not doing a good job of it.
Their aim of "coordinating action" to "safeguard the Holy Places" is in effect a declaration of acting as the saud/wahhabis international political arm to keep the hijaz under wahhabi control to legitimize their vile message as the custodians of the holy sites.
The only reason they want to unity in the islamic ummah is so they can build the strength to undermine and defeat us "filthy kuffar" once and for all.
Or as they say in the islamic world, "First the Saturday people and then the Sunday people."
That would pretty much include all OIC nations.... (see my #19)
