On its face, this news announces that Israel is throwing-in the towel -- that Israelis no longer have the guts to defend their country. What future can it have now?
To: Dark Skies
This is, in essence, Isreal conceding defeat. The perception of deterrence has been completely destroyed. Every Islamofacist with a belt bomb will now believe he can push Isreal into the sea. Sad days ahead as the people of Isreal pay the price for its leadership's lack of resolve.

Fox News: Israel NOW DENYING it wouldn't demand disarming of Hezbollah.

If true it could be a matter of Israel showing the world again that they cease fire but the terrorists will attack again.

Now backing off! Called Jennifer Griffin back and said they will not drop the disarmament demand.

Don't know where,
Don't know when,
But I know
We'll meet again
Some sunny day.

I don't like this, but the fact is that the momentum has shifted against Israel in the past few days. They're just reading the witing on the wall.

It's a disservice to our troops in Iraq etc. for our US Gov't. to use it's influence to help the enemy in Leb. A disgrace too!!!

Report probably put out by Hezbollah and picked up by the MSM as agitprop warfare. The Media are used by the enemy as a weapon in this conflict, and they either embrace that role or are too stupid to realize it.

Israel will say anything that gives them the advantage: for example, use the media to give Hezbollah a false hope for a cease fire, while still continuing on with the removal and mopping up operations that they have to do. I doubt Israel will scurry home without having accomplished their objectives.

Do I understand this correctly?
July 28th, KSA threatens the US very specifically.
July 29th, US pressures for Hizbullah to remain armed.
Just ducky. Where do we report to for our Saudi indoctrination process?

News flash: CNN just stated that the main border crossing between Lebanon and Syria has just been closed for the first time since the beginning of current hostilities due to nearby Israeli bombing.

'Israel Denies the Report'
The rush to be first . . .
To: Dark Skies
Let's hear it directly from Israel first before we lament to much. I don't believe they would agree to this.

If the Israelis will not require disarmament of Hezbollah, which I doubt BTW, it is because Israel means to see that there will be none of the POSs left alive in South Lebanon.
Count on it.
