It's been reported the reason for the day time only rocket attacks are due to it being more difficult to pin point the location during the daylight hours. Night launches would be easier to spot and destroy.

There's an awful lot going on underneath the radar (military metaphor), but to me the key is what our admin is saying, particularly Pres Bush and John Bolton. The admin is resolute in what they have been saying, so I'm going to ignore any signs of "squishyness".
